The service offers a simple and flexible model, without recurring fees or subscriptions. However, AIReelity reserves the right to terminate the service at its discretion to ensure control over service provision and quality.
4. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, AIReelity's personalized travel plans are non-refundable once generated and delivered to the user.
5. Disclaimer
AIReelity does not warrant that the service will meet all your requirements or that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free. AIReelity expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
AIReelity provides no warranties regarding the quality or fitness for purpose of the travel plans. AIReelity shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the service provided. AIReelity's liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service.
7. Responsibilities
AIReelity is not responsible for the user's actions based on the information provided in the travel plans. Users are advised to perform their own due diligence, especially regarding restaurant recommendations. AIReelity simply provides research-based suggestions and is not liable for any experiences at recommended venues.
8. General Terms and Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country in which AIReelity operates. You acknowledge that there is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and AIReelity. AIReelity is not liable for any user representation or actions.
